Mayfair Estates was first established in 1988. The first phase was accessed off of Raber Road. Phases two and three extended the neighborhood through to Turkeyfoot/619, with a majority of the homes being completed between 1989 and 1994. The property is adjacent to Mayfair Country Club, giving our street names their golfing reference.
